Congratulations to the amazing Meredith Allan on being awarded the 𝗔𝗚𝗢𝗦𝗖𝗜/𝗞𝗪𝗦𝗔 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗴 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 for 2025. Such as well deserved acknoweldgement. Thank you Meredith for all you do in educating, advocating, supporting and living AAC and multimodal communication.
This award, named in honour of Karen Bloomberg, recognises an individual, who may or may not be an AGOSCI member, who has demonstrated a high level of commitment to low tech/unaided AAC in Australia, in the areas of research, implementation, or practice.
